Our staff restaurant at Limmatplatz offers excellent catering at reasonable prices. Whether in the morning, at lunchtime or for coffee, the Guggi is a place to kick back and relax.
Our kitchen team prepares dishes using fresh ingredients whenever possible. We grow herbs in our own herb garden, produce honey from the roof-top beehives at our head office and make fresh pasta using a pasta machine. That way, we know for sure the products we serve contain only the very best ingredients.
Guggi provides delicious options for people who enjoy meat as well as for vegetarians and vegans. To cater for special dietary requirements, we clearly list the ingredients used in our dishes and aim to serve a wide range of healthy options to suit every taste. The Guggi restaurant also provides gluten and lactose-free options.
Sustainability is one of Migros’ key goals. That’s why Guggi opts for regional produce from sustainable agriculture. We don’t use any additives at all, even in the food we sell in jars – for example, the city honey from our roof-top beehive or home-made sugo with no added preservatives. At Guggi, we also aim to reduce waste and use compostable materials.
The Guggi team is just as varied as the dishes it serves up. Like everywhere at Migros, we promote integration, inclusion and family-friendly working time models for kitchen and service staff too. We of course provide training and support employees to pursue a career.
