The benefits we offer
The Migros Pension Fund is one of the best in all of Switzerland. Employees pay a contribution of 8.5% of their insured salary, while we pay in twice as much. All employees can retire whenever they want – either early or after the normal retirement age.

The balance between work and leisure is very important to us at Migros. We support our employees in achieving this work-life balance with our offers and services.

Flexible working models

Honeymoon, your best friend's birthday abroad or a spontaneous trip? There are as many reasons for holidays as there are employees at Migros. With us, you have the opportunity to purchase additional days of leave by arrangement with your manager.
- From the first working day to the 20th year of employment: 5 weeks holiday
- From the 21st year of employment or from the age of 50: 6 weeks holiday
- From the 31st year of employment or from the age of 60: 7 weeks holiday
- Young people up to the age of 20 and apprentices: 6 weeks holiday
Take time out
Whether for a longer trip, a language study trip or another major project, our employees can take an unpaid sabbatical of up to three months every five years.
