No matter what your background, whether you are a career changer from a related profession, have completed a retail apprenticeship or have some initial professional and management experience, we are looking for doers. A personality who contributes to moving Migros forward, who always strives for excellence and who has the gift of inspiring those around them.
Our young talent programmes are as individual as our participants. We take your professional and personal experience to date into account and design your individual training programme.
With the young talent programme, we offer you a targeted training programme that will prepare you for managing a Migros store. Exciting tasks await you in store management.
Duration: approx. 12-18 months
As a department head , you are responsible for a section of for a whole area within the supermarket and for the management and development of the section leaders and employees.
Duration: approx. 6-12 months
As a section leader , you are responsible for a section of the supermarket and the professional management of its employees.
Duration: approx. 6-12 months
