You advise and support our managers and employees on all HR related topics covering the full employee lifecycle in our office as well as in the fulfillment center in Ecublens (VD).

You support change processes, assist with workshops and training sessions, and actively participate in projects.
In close collaboration with a Senior HR Business Partner and the entire HR team, you ensure that processes run smoothly, are continuously optimized, and remain focused on our internal customers.

You have a diploma (or equivalent higher studies) in Human Resources Management.
You boast a minimum of 2 years' experience in areas such as personnel administration, employment law, or employee management.
Your confident and engaging attitude, along with strong communication skills help you establish connections with your stakeholders and easily gain their trust.
You enjoy the constant switch between different topics, handle uncertainty well, and can prioritize tasks with ease.
A strong affinity for digital tools, and previous experience with SAP Success Factors
