Main task

You advise and support our managers and employees on all HR related topics covering the full employee lifecycle in our office as well as in the fulfillment center in Ecublens (VD).

Main task

As an ambassador of the corporate culture and a workplace atmosphere barometer, you maintain regular exchanges with your stakeholders.

Secondary tasks

You support change processes, assist with workshops and training sessions, and actively participate in projects.

In close collaboration with a Senior HR Business Partner and the entire HR team, you ensure that processes run smoothly, are continuously optimized, and remain focused on our internal customers.
