What is the Customer Service Casting Day?
During the Galaxus Customer Service Casting Days, we want to find out if we're a cultural fit for each other. We'll also test your German language and computer skills, which are essential for the customer service role. And finally, we'll take a look at how you solve problems and whether you bring the right service mindset.
At the end of the day you know if it’s a match and we give you an offer.

The Casting Day runs the entire day, from approximately 9:00 to 17:00. If you register please ensure you are available to attend from start to finish.
What you should bring
- Fluent in German (written and spoken). It is important that you not only speak German well, but also master the German grammar and spelling like a pro. Additionally you are fluent in either English or Serbian.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems, find solutions quickly, and make decisions independently
- Willingness to work from our Belgrade office once a month
- On the day: Bring your diploma and a valid ID or work permit confirmation
