What you move

Main task

Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks (e.g., DGF, ITIL, ISO 27001) tailored to Migros Online’s needs.

Main task

Establish and enforce IT policies, architecture principles, standards, and guidelines, applications, integrations, and cloud services.

Main task

Conduct solution and architecture assessments and drive remediation or improvement measures in cooperation with engineering, security, and business teams.

Main task

Prepare and support architecture reviews for major initiatives; ensure alignment with Swiss and EU regulations (e.g., DSG/DSGVO) and internal quality standards.

Main task

Act as a central contact point for enterprise architecture topics, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, security, and data privacy.

Secondary tasks

Ensure alignment of IT projects and technology investments with business strategy, target architecture, and security & data privacy requirements.

Support task

Define, monitor, and report on architecture KPIs and technology landscape metrics for management.

Support task

Promote awareness of enterprise architecture, solution design best practices, and T‑Shape collaboration with security and data privacy within the organization.

What you will bring

3-5 years

in IT Governance or a senior engineering role

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

Computer Science, Business IT, or equivalent

English (Fluent)

German (Good knowledge)

French (Advantageous)

Mandatory

Proven experience in IT governance or in a senior engineering role with architectural responsibilities (3+ years).

Mandatory

Strong understanding of how security and data privacy (DSG, DSGVO) influence architecture and solution design; experience collaborating with security/privacy experts is a plus.

Advantageous

Familiarity with governance frameworks and standards (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL, ISO 27001).

Desired

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Mandatory

Ability to work cross-functionally and balance architectural consistency with product and delivery agility in a small, T‑Shaped IT team.
