What you move
Design and operate the site's labour planning system, built on historic productivity data, attendance patterns, and volume forecasts
Deliver a detailed weekly staffing plan and maintain a rolling 21-day capacity outlook, adjusting for volume shifts, planned downtime, and staff availability
When gaps appear, you identify and activate short-term capacity levers — fixes that work now without creating headaches later
Analyse seasonal volume trends and connect them with hiring lead times to build ramp-up plans for peak periods
Prepare analyses, calculations, and decision material for the Site Lead: translating data into recommendations that are clear enough to act on
Own small and medium-sized logistics projects from start to finish and contribute to larger cross-functional initiatives
Keep stakeholders in the loop with regular, structured updates on KPIs, productivity, and capacity utilisation. No one likes surprises when it comes to numbers
What you will bring

Hands-on experience in project management, ideally in logistics or infrastructure projects
Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science)
Logistics / Data
English (Very good knowledge)
German (Very good knowledge)
French (Advantageous)
Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, you should be willing to improve your English
Strong analytical skills, ideally backed by relevant training or certifications. You're comfortable building planning models and translating data into actionable insights
Confident use of Excel and planning or BI tools. Experience with warehouse management systems or workforce scheduling tools is a plus
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
