Handling all administrative aspects along the entire employee life-cycle, like employee’s documentation (payroll related documents, contracts, work permissions, expense reports, sick leaves, etc.)
Managing employee’s social insurance through the CROSO system and updating employee data into relevant databases
Providing full cycle support to line managers for disciplinary actions, performance improvement initiatives, and dismissal procedures in alignment with labor law regulations
Closely collaborating with the line leaders to ensure the relevant policies and procedures fit the needs and growth potential of the organization
Continuously improving the employee experience by contributing to team projects
Analyzing relevant HR data and preparing relevant reports in line with the short- and long-term business needs
What you will bring
Minimum 3 years
Human Resources
No qualifications/further training required
English (Fluent)
German (Advantageous)
You have excellent knowledge and understanding of Serbian labor law, as well as HR procedures and polices
You build genuine and fruitful relationships with stakeholders, preferably in an international environment, and effectively advise line managers on pertinent topics
You show problem-solving and decision-making skills in challenging situations
You challenge "how things have always been done" and propose more efficient, automated, and/or effective solutions
You demonstrate courage to take calculated risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
