Supply Chain Process Engineer / Project Manager (f/m/d)80 – 100%

You will start at our logistics center in Wohlen (2–3 days/week) to learn processes, culture, and team, while contributing from day one to the new site project in Neuenburg. With training and support from experienced colleagues, you will prepare for your future role. During the ramp-up phase, you will act as a hands-on all-rounder, solving operational issues both on-site and on the shop floor.

Main task

You will develop, design and optimize logistics processes for our new location in Neuenburg

In Supply Chain Management, you constantly work to improve existing processes, optimally implement new ones, and document them appropriately

You assess new ideas together with relevant stakeholders, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis

You ensure proper training, documentation, and correct application of processes by regularly participating in operational logistics activities

Depending on the situation, you assume different responsibilities during project implementation, including coordinating project teams as a project manager or independently driving optimization initiatives

You identify optimization opportunities, initiate the necessary actions, and ensure their successful implementation

What you will bring

At least 3 years of professional experience in process development or project management

industrial or logistics environment; experience with automated systems is an advantage

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

Process Management, or a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

German (Very good knowledge)

English (Very good knowledge)

French (Advantageous)

Successfully led and implemented projects, ideally combined with experience in Lean Management

Flexibility to work temporarily in Wohlen and later at the new logistics center in Neuchâtel, along with approximately 20% travel within Switzerland

Comfortable working with growing data volumes, able to derive relevant insights, and ideally have experience with SQL
