About us
As a service provider for the Migros Cooperatives' supermarkets, Migros Supermarkt AG (MSM) provides relevant services along the entire value chain. Some 750 employees performing over 30 different roles are committed to ensuring the success of Migros as well as to improving the quality of people's lives.
Our working models
- Full and part-time: For full-time positions, there’s the option of choosing between an 80% or 100% level of employment. We also offer attractive part-time positions with lower levels of employment. Over one-third of our entire workforce are currently employed on a part-time basis.
- FlexiWork: We value personal responsibility. This means that our employees decide how to organise their working day, based on their tasks and in consultation with their line manager.
- Remote working: In mutual agreement with their team, employees can decide from where they can perform their tasks most effectively. For example, employees can work from home (guideline: 40%), on the train, in a co-working space or even at a café.

Our staff restaurant at Limmatplatz offers excellent catering at reasonable prices. Whether for breakfast, at lunchtime or for coffee, the Guggi is a place to kick back and relax.
