As a Product Designer at Migros Online, you design digital products that make grocery shopping simple and convenient for millions of customers. You collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data Analysts, and UX Writing to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility – crafting products that people trust and enjoy using.

What you will bring

5 years

in product design for digital products ideally e-commerce

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design or equivalent professional experience

German (Business fluent)

English (Business fluent)

Mandatory

Several years of experience in product design for digital products

Mandatory

Proven experience in turning discovery insights into actionable product and design decisions

Mandatory

Hands-on experience working in empowered, interdisciplinary product teams with Product, Engineering, and Data

Mandatory

Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma), design systems, and component libraries, including AI-assisted prototyping

Mandatory

Experienced in making design decisions informed by qualitative and quantitative research insights

Mandatory

A collaborative, open personality that values co-creation, shares work early, and contributes to a culture of feedback and learning

Mandatory

Strong communication skills in English and German
