As CX Researcher, you help Migros Online understand its customers and make better product decisions. You combine insights from customer research, data, and market knowledge. You work closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and designers. This means finding answers to our most important questions: what drives our customers, what do they genuinely want, and what makes their lives easier.

What you will bring

3+ years of experience

in CX research would be ideal

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

Psychology, Marketing, Economics, Communications or similar

German (Fluent)

French (Advantageous)

English (Fluent)

Solid synthesis skills: you can pull together signals from different sources and make a coherent, useful picture out of them

A genuine passion for AI in research: you've been experimenting, you have a point of view, and you want to go further

Recruitment process

Pre-selection of applications
We constantly check applications received, create a pre-selection and share it with the line manager for inspection. The decision as to whether the candidate has moved to the next step of the recruitment process or been eliminated is communicated by telephone or e-mail. Replies provided within three weeks
Interview with HR & specialist department
The interview is conducted virtually or on-site with the relevant person from HR and/or the specialist department. The main aim is to learn more about the personal and specialist skills of the candidate while giving both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit, both in the company as a whole and within the team. Reply provided: within three weeks
Technical interview with case presentation
Specific expertise is assessed by means of a case or other assessment tools. After processing, the result is presented to the line manager and discussed together. Usually, the team is represented at the presentation. Generally speaking, the interviews are conducted by the line manager or a representative from HR. Getting to know the team
Whether or not someone fits into the team is an important factor for both the employer and the candidate when deciding whether to make an appointment. We therefore provide an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other in an informal atmosphere.
Offer & issuance of the contract (digital)
Once our oral job offer has been issued, the key contractual points are checked once again. Once an agreement has been reached, the issuance of the contract is commissioned and sent by e-mail for digital signature. Reply provided: within one week
