Own the full strategic and operational leadership of both logistics sites in Neuenburg am Rhein
Translate Galaxus’ supply chain strategy and growth ambitions into a scalable, high-performing logistics setup
Lead the ramp-up of the second site from go-live to full operational maturity, ensuring a successful integration into the broader logistics network
Build and develop a strong cross-site management team capable of delivering operational excellence at scale
Hold end-to-end accountability for all logistics processes as well as critical support functions including Facility Management, Health & Safety, and Quality
Drive service, productivity, and cost efficiency through clear operational standards, strong performance management, and continuous improvement
Take ownership of the operational performance and long-term evolution of a fully automated logistics site, working closely with internal experts and external partners
Translate strategic priorities into meaningful KPIs and ensure consistent delivery against them across both sites
Ensure that both Neuenburg sites operate in full compliance with all legal requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations
Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement
What you will bring
10+ years of leadership experience across multiple management levels
ideally with a proven track record running large-scale, highly automated logistics operations
Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
Logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
English (Business fluent)
Deep operational expertise across end-to-end logistics processes, including hands-on command of WMS, ERP systems, and automation-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and change — building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and making clear decisions under pressure
Fluent in English and German or French, with working knowledge of the other language — essential for leading across both sites and the broader organisation
Building trust through consistent and reliable actions
