We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join a strategic large-scale logistics infrastructure project. You will play a key role in the planning, governance and execution of a state-of-the-art fulfillment center for online food retail. You ensure transparency, robust governance and reliable decision-making support for project management + senior leadership.

What you move

Main task

Establish and continuously develop the PMO for a complex logistics and infrastructure project

Project controlling and performance management, including scheduling, progress monitoring and budget control

Prepare management reports and dashboards for steering committees and key decision-makers

Support project management in governance, decision-making and escalation processes

Ensure effective risk and quality management

Manage stakeholder communication, facilitate workshops and derive actionable recommendations from project data

What you will bring

5+ years' experience

in a PMO environment and in managing complex projects or programs

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field

German (Fluent)

French (Fluent)

English (Fluent)

Mandatory

Several years of experience in a PMO environment and in managing complex projects or programs

Mandatory

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in German and French (written and spoken)

Desired

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field

Desired

Experience in logistics, infrastructure, transformation or supply chain projects; knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus
