What you will bring
Multiple years of experience
Responsibility for a business or business unit in the field of e-commerce, food retail, and/or online logistics
Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
German (Business fluent)
English (Business fluent)
French (Advantageous)
Strong leadership experience across multiple levels, locations and functions
Strong digital competence: You have experienced or helped shape agile software development, Product teams, data-driven steering and automation
Startup mindset and entrepreneurial way of thinking: You feel at home in a dynamic online environment, act pragmatically, non-politically and solution-oriented, and have a real drive to make things happen
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Humour, passion, positive energy and the ability to give people direction, trust and appetite for more
