We are looking for HR Business Partner, who will complement the People & Culture team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our (international) Customer Service department and our own People & Culture team, and you will play an active role in shaping a great people experience.

You advise and empower our employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle and build trusting relationships.

What you will bring

HR and Swiss labor law

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

German (Advantageous)

English (Advantageous)

Mandatory

You have at least 5 years of solid experience as an HR business partner and are well versed in Swiss labor law.

Desired

Ideally, you have already worked in an operational (industrial) environment and are familiar with the specifics of the shop floor.
