What you move
Platform Strategy & Evangelism: Define the roadmap for self-service tools that allow marketers to launch and optimize without tech bottlenecks.
Operational Decoupling: Build the automation layers that free our growth teams from manual tasks.
Data as a Product: Collaborate with the Data Engineer and Data Analyst to treat the "Customer 360°" as a product and define vision & priorities. Ensure data is not just "available" but "activation-ready" for real-time triggers and ML models.
Performance & Efficiency Metrics: You will track Platform Success: Deployment frequency, time-to-market for new experiments, and the reduction of manual man-hours across the org.
What you will bring
5 years
in Product Management, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, with HubSpot or internal platforms
Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science)
in a technical or quantitative field (CS, Engineering, Math, Stats, or Econ/Business with a technical focus)
English (Fluent)
