What you move
Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Product teams to understand key business questions and translate them into analytical approaches
Build and maintain reporting pipelines and dashboards that enable data-informed decision-making across the customer and platform lifecycle
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to uncover drivers of engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Contribute to the evolution of our digital analytics stack (GA4, GTM, Snowplow) and ensure tracking data quality
Leverage Python, SQL, and statistical methods to conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g. segmentation, attribution, experiment evaluation)
Collaborate closely with other analysts and engineers within the HomeToGo Group to align on data models, definitions, and best practices
What you will bring
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years
As a Data Analyst or Digital Analyst in a stakeholder-facing role (Marketing, Product, or Web Analytics context preferred)
Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
Completed degree in a STEM field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)
English (Business fluent)
German (Good knowledge)
Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression modelling, A/B testing, segmentation)
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in data modeling (dbt experience is a plus)
Previous experience in data visualization (e.g. in Superset, Looker, etc.)
Proficiency in a structured programming language such as Python
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, or Snowplow, and an understanding of web tracking and attribution logic
Excellent communication skills – you can translate data insights into clear stories for diverse audiences
A structured and curious mindset: you think ahead, care about data quality, and love turning data into actionable insights
