What you move
You take responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety at both Neuenburg locations
You act as the first point of contact and advisor for employees and management on all topics related to workplace safety
You promote safety awareness and actively integrate occupational health and safety into daily operations
You plan and conduct internal trainings, briefings, and audits
You independently implement safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site
You support accident investigations and derive and implement appropriate corrective measures
What you will bring

Logistic Safety
Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science)
German (Advantageous)
English (Fluent)
French (Advantageous)
Experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to occupational safety
Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist, ideally in a logistics environment
Knowledge of health management is a plus
Ambition to take on a team leadership role on site in the future
Strong analytical thinking and a high willingness to learn
Very good English skills are required; fluent German and or French are an advantage
Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
