Overall responsibility for small and medium-sized logistics projects, ensuring successful implementation
During the concept phase, conducting detailed research, analysis, and cost calculations. Preparing decision-relevant information for the Site Lead and presenting it clearly and convincingly
In the implementation phase, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration between all involved and affected departments.
Managing internal and external stakeholders, resource and timeline planning, as well as project controlling to guarantee target achievement and performance monitoring
Actively contributing to solution development by combining analytical and technical expertise to create added value
Supporting other project managers in additional projects and leading sub-projects outside of ON1 when required
What you will bring

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
Logistics
German (Advantageous)
English (Fluent)
French (Advantageous)
Strong analytical skills, supported by relevant education or further training in Project Management, Facility Management, or Supply Chain Management
A technical background with initial experience as a project manager, ideally in logistics and/or infrastructure projects
A solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, combined with hands-on involvement to drive projects to success
The ability to communicate openly and effectively with different stakeholders, bringing discussions and differing opinions to a shared consensus
Very good written and spoken communication skills in German or French, as well as English
Taking calculated risks to create value and drive growth
Aligning actions and decisions with personal beliefs and values
