Shopfloor Coaching: Coaching of leaders at operational level in Lean management – daily routines, problem-solving, coaching conversations, and feedback cycles, supported by the Senior Lean Coach and CI Lead.
Understanding, Applying, and Embedding GPS: Active contribution to implementing the Galaxus Performance System (GPS) at the Neuenburg site.
Lean Events and Improvement Initiatives: Accompaniment and Co-facilitation of Lean improvement events (Kaizen, workshops, problem-solving sessions) under guidance of the Senior Lean Coach.
Your Own Development as a Coach: Structured Coach Journey with an external partner, working towards defined milestones.
What you will bring

Leadership experience is desired
