Development of the site’s control concept while the location is still under construction
Recruitment, leadership, and continuous development of a team operating the site from the control center
Ownership of intralogistics production planning and ensuring transparency across all daily processes, from goods receipt to shipping
Ensuring continuous operational visibility in the control center for internal stakeholders regarding the current status of daily operations
Driving innovation and supporting the sustainable development of processes and systems
What you will bring

Logistics Projectmanagement
Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science)
German (Advantageous)
English (Fluent)
French (Advantageous)
Completed degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
At least three years of leadership experience, ideally combined with experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS), paired with strong IT affinity
Analytical, process-oriented, and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to quickly grasp and structure complex situations
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and at the same time a true team player mentality
Very good English skills are required; fluent German and or French are a strong advantage
Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
