What motivates you

Main task

As the key user for Relex (our ordering tool) you will drive and support the development of our solution for future requirements, participate in regular calls and meet with our service provider

Secondary tasks

You will empower other users by providing education, support, and guidance on Relex's best practices and functionalities

Main task

Project Management: steer projects and initiatives autonomously and synchronize progress with stakeholders

Secondary tasks

Lead and oversee demand planning, especially linked to promotions, to ensure smooth supplies and product availability for our customers

Secondary tasks

Monitor and understand KPIs (e.g. availability, fulfilment rate, etc.) and manage forecast accuracy and forecast bias

Support task

Build strong collaboration with the Merchandise Planning Team, Warehouse, Category Management, IT Supply, and all other stakeholders within the supply chain

What you will offer

Min. 3 years' experience

working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools as a key user

Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)

or college degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field

English (Fluent)
