You partner with stakeholders in the Digital Marketing and Online Shop area to enable data-driven decision-making, drive automation, and maximize the impact of shop and product advertisements.

You generate analytical insights along the customer journey (e.g. attribution), formulate hypotheses, and derive actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns

You collaborate with marketers, product owners, and developers to define meaningful KPIs and make them accessible through intuitive, user-friendly reporting.

You lead the design and statistical analysis of online experiments (A/B tests) and translate the results into practical recommendations.

You translate the information needs of marketing and its advertising partners into clear tracking requirements and support their technical implementation.

At least 3 years

In analyzing complex data sets, ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce context, using SQL (BigQuery) and Python

Mandatory

Degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.

Mandatory

Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and evaluating online experiments (e.g. A/B tests) and other methods for causal effect analysis (e.g. incrementality testing).

Desired

Understanding of digital marketing concepts, tracking, and common tools (e.g. GMP, Meta, Tableau, Looker Studio).

Desired

Good command of German (B2 or higher) is a strong plus for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Additional knowledge of data science, machine learning, and software development practices (e.g. version control) is a plus.
